Integrated Management System

The certificate confirmed our compliance with requirements of quality assurance included in ISO 9001:1994. Further audits of supervision conducted by RWTÜV within a framework of the certificate validity confirmed functioning of the quality assurance system with regulations adopted in the systemic documentation, transferring requirements of the international standard into activities performed in Capital Group FASING Plc. Upon implementation of amendments of the ISO 9001 standard in 2000, the Integrated Management System was oriented to process management being in accordance with the idea of the norm. Preparation works connected with implementation of Environmental Management System were finished in 2000, which was confirmed by the RWTÜV Essen certifying audit. TÜV CERT certificate No. 04104261 acknowledges conformity of functioning of the environmental system with the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 14001 standard and systemic documentation.

In Capital Group FASING Plc the quality and environmental management systems were connected within a framework of integration of these systems. Therefore, in October 2003 FASING implemented Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System in the scope of designing, development works, production, installing and servicing of link chains, connecting links and cutter bits for road headers confirmed with the TÜV CERT certificate No. 0410019970423 / 0410420000261.

Implementation of the Integrated Management System in Capital Group FASING Plc enabled:  

• increased satisfaction of our customers and a better identification of their requirements,
• improved circulation of documents,
• more precise formulating of requirements towards suppliers,
• complete identification of the material, through the whole production process,
• increased pro-qualitative awareness of the employees,
• strengthening a position of the company on the domestic and international markets,
• assessment of environmental influences of the processes carried out in FASING Plc, through identification of the environmental aspects,
• defining and achieving environmental aims, tasks and programmes which are the basis of improvements of the influence on the environment,
• identification, monitoring and complying with legal requirements and other requirements binding in the Company’s activity.   

In July 2015, TÜV NORD Polska Sp. z o.o. performed a re-certifying audit of the Integrated Management System acc. to PN- EN ISO 9001:2009 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 in Capital Group FASING Plc., which gave a positive result. It was confirmed by issuing a new integrated certificate No. AC 090 100/1267/64/2015 (PN-EN ISO 9001:2009),  AC 090 104/1267/64/2015 (PN-EN ISO 14001:2005) valid until 2018.08.20.

Integrated Management System is continuously improved and amended in accordance with the requirements of the binding standards.

FASING’s Integrated Management System policy

Capital Group FASING Plc. is a company with long tradition in such fields as: design, research analysis, production, marketing &sales and service of link chains, chain routes, flight bars, catches and connecting links.

The main objective of the Capital Group FASING Plc. - The manufacturer of link chains, connecting links, chain routes accessories is to managing the company in the way which will satisfy all participants of its business activity, including customers, employees, owners, suppliers and the local community.

Building and realizing business plans aiming at consistent development of Capital Group is the core of Board’s policy. Which means working for a profit while fulfilling following obligations:

• Continuous improvement of work & product quality created through an atmosphere of cooperation and effective utility the results of team work. It includes also reduction of number of gaps, building safe and neat production conditions, fulfilling safety and work hygiene requirements.
• Supplying environment friendly products which quality is a result of close partnership contacts with clients and suppliers. Our partners are informed about our requirements in terms of quality and environment issues.
• Introducing constant actions towards reducing the harmful influence on the environment through technological process refinement, decreasing the amount of waste and their utilization and re-appliance.
• Compliance with legal and other requirements relating to the organization.
• Ensure adequate training for all of those who are involved in company business operations in such a way that everyone knows clearly know his duties and was competent to fulfill them and was aware of his work impact on environment state.
• Use and continuous improvement of Integrated Environment and Quality Management System effectiveness in accordance to standards PN EN ISO9001 and PN EN ISO 14001.

Detailed quality objectives are determined by management for specific organizational units. The overview of the purposes is conducted by Management during the inspections.

In accordance to its policy, Capital Group FASING Plc. declares fulfilling the requirements of Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

This policy is generally available to all interested parties inside and outside the Company.
